Cómo organizamos un viaje escolar, paso a paso

Most school groups reach us about nine months out, with a rough month, a rough number and a budget per pupil. That is enough to start.

1. The shape of the week

We come back with two or three shapes rather than one price: a coastal base with day trips, a city base, or a split. Each one carries a price per pupil and what drives it.

2. Holding the beds

Hotels hold group beds on option, usually for two to three weeks, without a deposit. That window is the real deadline — not the trip.

3. The paperwork schools actually need

• Rooming list template, filled in by you, checked by us
• Insurance certificates and the coach operator's licences
• A risk assessment pack for the activities you have chosen

4. On the ground

Someone from the office meets the coach. The same person is on the phone for the whole stay, and lives twenty minutes from the hotel.

Nothing here is unusual. It is just written down, which is the part that tends to be missing.
