PortAventura con un grupo: qué reservar primero

A day at PortAventura is the easiest win on a Costa Daurada week and the easiest one to organise badly. Three things decide how it goes.

Tickets before dates

Group tickets are cheaper and skip the gate queue, but they are dated. Buy them once the hotel is confirmed, not before.

A hotel you can walk back to

Salou and La Pineda both put you within a short coach hop, and a few hotels are close enough to walk. With teenagers, walking back beats a 22:00 pickup by a distance.

Ferrari Land and the water park

Both are separate tickets. Ferrari Land suits an older group and takes half a day; the water park needs a full one and a rethink of what everyone packs.

2. Book dated group tickets
3. Add Ferrari Land or Caribe Aquatic Park if the days allow
4. Fix coach timings around park opening, not around breakfast
